A: Yes. There are no restrictions on leasing or renting your home in Wellington. Owners may lease their properties for any term length and do not need HOA approval. However, we ask that you communicate our rules and guidelines and notify the office if you would like your tenants to have access to the pool.
A: While it is not required, we recommend that homeowners provide us with contact information (names and contact details) for emergency purposes and to facilitate amenity access (such as issuing pool key FOBs).
A: Yes, but the homeowner must allow permission by filling out and submitting the Pool Rules and Regulations Acknowledgment form first.
A: There are no limits on breed, size, or the number of pets. We simply ask that all pet owners act responsibly—keep pets leashed when outside, prevent excessive noise, and always clean up after them.
A: You must submit an Architectural Review Committee (ARC) form before beginning any exterior modifications. See Here for more information.
A: ARC forms can be submitted by emailing the office or in person during office hours.
A: The approved exterior paint color options can be viewed online under ARC approved colors (login required). Approved roof color samples are not available online but can be viewed in person at the HOA office during business hours. Please note that all exterior paint and roof changes must be submitted for approval using the Architectural Review Committee (ARC) form before any work begins.
A: Annual assessments and the first installment of the split payment are due on February 28th each year. The second installment is due May 31st.
A: The Wellington HOA only accepts checks or money orders, either in person or via mail. Instructions are provided on the invoice. We will never request payments via Zelle, Venmo, or wire transfers.
A: Yes. Late payments will be assessed a $25 late fee, and interest will accrue daily at a rate of 18% per year until assessments are paid in full.
