Important Reminder: With the rainy season quickly approaching, we kindly urge all homeowners to please take time to rake and properly dispose of leaves, clear yard debris, and ensure that any nearby storm channels are free of obstructions. Leaves and debris can quickly block storm drains during heavy rain, which may lead to drainage issues and cause debris to spread throughout the neighborhood. Your help in keeping storm drains and channels clear is essential in preventing flooding and maintaining the appearance of our community. Thank you for doing your part to help keep our neighborhood safe and clean!

The Board of Directors is seeking a Treasurer. This is an important role that helps oversee the association’s finances and ensures our community continues to operate smoothly. If you have experience with budgeting, accounting, or financial oversight—or are willing to learn—we encourage you to step forward. If you are interested or would like more information, please get in touch with the office: ourwellingtonhoa@outlook.com.
Pool FOB System: As a reminder, physical pool keys will no longer work. In order to access the pool, you will need a pool FOB. If you do not have a FOB, please stop by the office during regular business hours to collect one. All homeowners are allowed 2 pool fobs per household.
Pool Area Reminder: We ask all residents to please close umbrellas before exiting the pool area to prevent damage, take all belongings and flotation devices with you, and dispose of trash properly before leaving. Your cooperation helps ensure that the pool remains a clean and welcoming space for all homeowners and their families.
Violation Notices: The violations committee has observed recurring issues with certain violations. Please review the Clarification of Violations document. Think of it as a helpful checklist you can use each month to ensure your property meets community standards.
