The community clubhouse is available for rent to residents and non-residents, providing a perfect venue for small gatherings, meetings, craft shows, and more. 

• Capacity & Setup Options: Accommodates up to 106 people. 10 Tables (8ft x 3ft) and (approximately 80) chairs are available for use.
• Parking: Limited parking is available at the facility, with additional on-street parking permitted. However, we kindly ask that you park facing the direction of traffic and please DO NOT park on the grass or in the handicapped parking spot unless you have a permit.
• Rental Fees:
  • Refundable Deposit: $250 (due at reservation)
  • Residents: $100
  • Non-Residents: $275
• Rental Hours: 10 AM – 10 PM

Please Note: The Clubhouse is reserved at a first come, first served basis. Please check our community calendar or contact our office to make sure your preferred date is available.
