Clubhouse Rental

The community clubhouse is available for rent to residents and non-residents, providing a perfect venue for small gatherings, meetings, craft shows, and more.

Capacity & Setup Options: Accommodates up to 106 people. Tables and chairs are available for use.
Parking: Limited parking is available at the facility, with additional on-street parking permitted. However, we kindly ask that you DO NOT park on the grass.
Rental Fees:
- Refundable Deposit: $250 (due at reservation)
- Residents: $100
- Non-Residents: $275
Rental Hours: 10 AM – 10 PM
