The community clubhouse is available for rent to residents and non-residents, providing a perfect venue for small gatherings, meetings, craft shows, and more.

• Capacity & Setup Options: Accommodates up to 106 people. Tables and chairs are available for use.
• Parking: Limited parking is available at the facility, with additional on-street parking permitted. Please DO NOT park on the grass.
• Rental Fees:
  • Residents: $100
  • Non-Residents: $275
  • Refundable Deposit: $250 (due at reservation)
• Rental Hours: 10 AM – 10 PM
